2. How quickly can you respond in case of a breakdown?

We always do our best to intervene quickly , usually the same day or the next day depending on the urgency and availability.

In the event of a total heating or hot water failure, priority is increased.

3. Is boiler maintenance mandatory in Brussels?

Yes. In the Brussels-Capital Region, the maintenance of gas boilers is mandatory every year and must be carried out by an approved heating engineer.

ChauffEco provides a PEB compliant certificate after each maintenance service.

4. What does a boiler service include?

A full interview includes:

• burner/heating unit cleaning
